Dr. Jen Williams | Menopause & Perimenopause Expert in Atlanta

Jen Williams, MD

Menopause & Perimenopause Expert | Board-Certified Gynecologist

For over 20 years, I have dedicated my career to caring for women at every stage of their lives. As a board-certified gynecologist, I have always felt deeply connected to my patients—they are my people. But as I entered perimenopause myself, I saw firsthand the lack of clear, evidence-based education in this space. The noise of misinformation and disinformation left women feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to turn. I knew I had to change that, and I am so excited to bring this vision to life.

I am here to be your guide through perimenopause and menopause. I listen, educate, and empower women to navigate this transition with confidence. My approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine and individualized care, ensuring every woman gets a plan tailored to her unique needs.

How I Help

Education & Awareness

‣ Identify symptoms women may not even realize are tied to perimenopause

‣ Explain what to expect as their bodies change

‣ Offer clear, science-backed information to cut through the confusion

Personalized Treatment Plans

‣ Review all available therapeutic options, including lifestyle changes, medication, and hormone therapy

‣ Provide an honest, expert perspective on supplements and alternative treatments

‣ Ensure patients have the knowledge to make informed decisions about their health

Ongoing Support & Accountability

‣ Provide a non-judgmental space where every plan is as unique as the woman in front of me

‣ Offer follow-ups to fine-tune treatment plans

‣ Help patients overcome obstacles preventing lifestyle modifications

I believe every woman deserves evidence-based care from an experienced menopause expert who prioritizes her well-being and encourages her patients to do the same. I use FDA-approved treatments and real medical knowledge—never gimmicks or fads. My goal is not to sell you something, but to empower you with the knowledge and support to take charge of your health.

Menopause isn’t an end—it’s a new chapter. And you don’t have to navigate it alone.
